Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 7 OF REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

I hereby agree that my personal data, in particular name, address, and email address, are processed by БЕНАТОВ БРОС ООД for the performance of a contract for purchased goods or ordered services, as well as for the sending of information and advertising messages for products and services of БЕНАТОВ БРОС ООД. I hereby provide my consent for the period necessary to perform the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and БЕНАТОВ БРОС ООД and thereafter for the shorter of: either 1) the envisaged period for storing contract documents under the tax and accounting legislation for the period of 5 years.
